Have you had trouble sleeping lately? Have you also been bitching with your significant other over the phone right before you go to bed? These two events may be related.

Extensive studies have been conducted in Sweden and the United States, and they have reason to believe that exposure to certain radio frequencies — like those used by mobile phones — could lead to insomnia. One of scientists sums up the findings by saying, “If you feel you have trouble sleeping, you should think about not talking on a mobile phone right before you go to bed.”

More specifically, there appears to be a connection between exposure to 884MHz RF and loss of sleep. Other side effects to the radiation exposure included headaches and difficulty concentrating. That might also explain why your teenage daughter has such a short attention span.
