I know what you’re thinking. Another day, another iPod speaker dock, right? Well, one thing that will set the iBoom Jukebox from DLO apart from the competition is that it comes with its own wireless remote that mimics the display on your iPod.

The provided remote is almost like having another iPod in your hands, because it seems to have the whole click wheel control in tact, as well as a full color display that shows exactly what’s being shown on the iPod itself. Better still, the iBoom Jukebox is perfectly compatible with just about any iPod with the exception of the iPhone. I guess the device in the provided picture is the iPod touch.

The remote works over a radio frequency, whereas the sound gets pumped out of a pair of 1-inch tweeters and 3-inch woofers. The preview is going on at MacWorld this week with the $199.99 portable speaker system officially going on sale in Q2.
