D-Link DUB-9420 Wireless USB Starter Kit

Spill the wine! Cut the cords! One of the overriding themes at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas is the idea of taking everything wireless. Panasonic has a wireless HDMI system on display, but over at D-Link, they’ve got a relatively simple wireless USB starter kit that’ll help streamline your computer system.

The D-Link DUB-9420 wireless USB starter kit is comprised of two units. On one end, you have a small dongle that plugs into an available USB port on your laptop or desktop. On the other end is the receiving hub, opening it up with four available ports with full functionality. They claim a range of about 30 feet, but that’s assuming a perfect line of sight.

Both units in the starter kit are also available separately. Look for the DUB-1210 dongle and the DUB-2240 hub.
