D-Link Internet Photo Frame gets Wi-Fi

I don’t know about where you live, but where I’m from it was almost impossible to find anywhere that wasn’t sold out of digital photo frames this Christmas. If they are hot now, they could be even hotter with the functionality the new D-Link Internet Photo Frame, the DSM-210, adds. Behind the 10″ LCD display, the frame has a built-in wireless adapter. You can leave the frame up on the wall all the time – even when you want to add new pictures.

All you have to do is drag the pics into a new widget on your PC desktop and they are instantly transferred. The widget also lets you manage the content that is on the frame remotely. It’s more than a picture frame – the wireless capability allows you to display things such as the latest weather information or even RSS feeds or a calendar. There’s no word on price or availability available on the frame.
