Video: Asus Eee PC Touchscreen Installation Tutorial

Ever since news broke out earlier this week about a touchscreen Asus Eee PC, people have been wondering how it could be done. How can you end up with a tablet PC for less than $500? Wonder no longer, my touchy-feely enthusiasts, because here is a video tutorial teaching you exactly how to install a touchscreen on the Asus Eee PC.

The first thing that I have to warn you about is that this video is clearly not for the feint at heart. Based on the still images provided by jkkmobile, you get pretty rough and tumble with the el cheapo laptop, getting full view of all of its guts and innards. You may need a little in terms of skills as well for installing the touchscreen.

That said, it seems like all that effort is well worth it, just so that you can say you have a touch panel on your Asus Eee PC. Assuming you can get your hands on one to begin with.
