Are the Feds breathing down your neck? Do you have data you needs secured so that the G-men can’t get their hands on it? The new ez 850 from ezSECU may be just what you are looking for. It’s a case for external HDDs that has a touchscreen on the front of it that requires you to enter a password before you can access the data. We’ve seen lots of biometric cases before, but the advantage of this one is that you can secure your password and keep it secret, while a bad guy can knock you out and chop off your finger if he is determined to get your fingerprint. The case supports 2.5 inch SATA hard drives, it supports USB 2, and works with both the full range of Windows and Mac OS 9.2+. The case is available in Korea now, but there is no word on when it will cross the pond as of yet.
