Hands-On With the Samsung SGH-i450 Dual Slider

It was only yesterday that the Samsung SGH-i450 was revealed, yet we’ve already managed to snag a hands-on video with the musically-inclined smartphone. As you recall, the Samsung SGH-i450 features a dual slider design that reveals a conventional numeric keypad on one end, but what appears to be a rather powerful speaker on the other end.

When you opt for the latter configuration, you gain access to “touch wheel navigation which enables the users to control the multimedia menus easily.” When you opt for the former, you gain access to all the smartphone-ness offered through Symbian S60 OS.

Below is a short video walkthrough courtesy of PortableGear.nl. Unfortunately, they don’t do the downward slide, but the vid does give you a good impression of dimensions.
