In case you missed it the first time around, the HTC Advantage comes equipped with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, in addition to the high-speed stuff courtesy of HSDPA/UMTS. It’s also got built-in GPS, in case you forgot the way to grandma’s house. Other vitals include Windows Mobile 6, a 5-inch VGA touchscreen, 8GB hard drive, Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi, 3 megapixel camera, 3.5mm audio jack, and HTC VueFLO navigation.
Contrary to earlier rumors, the HTC Advantage is not getting picked up by T-Mobile. It’s also not going to be available through Cingular/AT&T. Instead, the only version available is unlocked and unbranded. Amazon is currently running a special, selling this beauty for $849.99.
