A rose by any other name… The rumors are continuing to float about the internet about a possible flash-based Zune. Codenamed Draco, this upcoming media player has gone through a lot of different names. Some people have referred to it as the Flash Zune, others as the Zune nano, but regardless of what you want to call it, we’ve got a new set of tidbits for you to munch on.

Remember, this isn’t the Zune 2.0, per se, but rather a more compact and pocketable version of the original Microsoft Zune. What we hear is that they will be making this version available in 4GB and 8GB flavors, both of which will come equipped with video playback and WiFi. If this is the case, the the Flash Zune has the iPod nano beat on at least two fronts.
