Through rain, shine, sleet, and more, the Sanyo Xacti VPC-CA6 digital camcorder is designed to record those precious memories, even it has water droplets all over its lens. Sure, the resulting image may come out a little on the blurry side thanks to the wetness, but at least you won’t get electrocuted for standing outside in the middle of storm season.

Featuring not only a waterproof, but a weatherproof case, the Sanyo Xacti VPC-CA6 takes videos at full VGA (640×480) resolution. They don’t mention the framerate that it can handle though. When it comes to stills, this cam will pump them out six megapixels at a time. Memory comes by way of an SD card slot.

No word on pricing or availability.
