Bell Gets North America’s Thinnest Clamshell

Bell Canada has just announced that they are the exclusive carrier of the thinnest phone available in North America. The Samsung SPH-m610 measures less than half-an-inch thick, while at the same time, it comes will all those modern goodies that you’ve come to expect from a mid-range Sammy.

At just 11.94mm thick, the Samsung m610 is pretty darn slim. It comes equipped with a two megapixel camera with zoom lens, MP3 player, video camcorder, stereo Bluetooth wireless technology, stereo sound, microSD expansion slot, and a 5.6cm QVGA full-colour screen.

The Samsung m610 flip phone should hitting Bell’s shelves any day now with a $150 asking price (accompanied by a 3-year contract). If you’re not a fan of long-term agreements, you can snatch the m610 for $350 straight up.
