LG’s New PDA Sports T-DMB, GPS

LG is soldiering on in the drive to build a better PDA. The latest model is the N1, and it’s chock full of features. Among those are T-DMB, GPS, and SRS Mobile HD sound, an enhanced offering from SRS Labs that promises 3D stereo sound. You’ll also get the usual suspects in Windows Mobile 5 land, including MP3, WMA, WMV, AVI, OGG, and even DivX. In case you’re wondering, it does have an SD card slot and it does have battery life enough to watch one full-length movie (provided it’s not the extended version of King Kong or something.

The N1 PDA had a successful rollout in South Korea, and LG are planning on a North America launch sometime soon. We’re not sure when that will happen because of those little letters T-DMB, but you never know.
