
In terms of stills, you get a 6 megapixel CCD sensor, as well as 5x optical zoom, 18MB internal memory, SDHC memory card slot, and a 2.5-inch preview screen that swivels out when needed. Battery life is far from phenomenal — 70 minutes of video, 200 minutes of playback, or 155 snapshots — but you can plug it into a USB port to get juiced up.
The Sanyo DMX-CG65 Xacti 2.0 will launch in Japan in late April with an asking price of 50,000 Yen ($425). Look for it in silver, black, and green.
