No, that’s not laminate flooring you’re looking at. It seems almost counter-intuitive that the Asus Ecobook features a real bamboo cover, considering that the bamboo may be better suited as panda’s lunch than as a laptop casing. Maybe they’re just catering to people that prefer a more natural look to their mobile computers?
In any case, the exact specifications of this “eco-friendly” laptop have not yet been released, but we can tell you that it’ll be ready to ship some time next year.
