Meizu is still having a tough time shaking that whole “iPhone clone” thing, but maybe that’s not such a bad thing, to ride on those coat tails right on into the limelight. Meizu CEO Mr. Wong has apparently jumped into a forum or two, announcing that the M8 miniOne will be available in at least two different versions, each of which in turn will be available in two capacities.

The “Entry Model” won’t have the full suite of features and will sell for 1499 CNY (US$195) and 2199 CNY ($285) for the 4GB and 8GB versions, respectively. To get the full meal deal, you’ll want the Meizu M8 Standard. The 4-gigger and 8-gigger will sell for 2300 CNY and 3080 CNY ($310, $400). The key difference, it seems, is that the Entry Model does not have a camera.

In related news, the screen on the miniOne has now been confirmed to be a 720×480 16-bit 3.32-incher.
