Weber to Unveil Sportscar That Can Achieve 248 mph

It’s probably no accident that this vehicle looks so much like a leopard. The new sportscar from Weber, set to debut at the Top Marques Monaco Auto Show next month, is said to be able to achieve a top speed of 248 mph.

That’s fast. also fast is the shift speed, just 80 milliseconds. Shifting through the six-speed gearbox and up to 60 mph will take just 2.7 seconds.

Weber says the frame will be carbon fiber and aluminum in a sleek form that is lightweight despite being all-wheel drive. Among the extras are expected to a navigation system, a deluxe audio system, and an onboard camera.
