Digital music is clearly the wave of the future (present?), but at the same time, just having a series of 1s and 0s on your computer hard drive doesn’t give you the same kind of experience as having a physical object in your hand; like a cassette tape, vinyl record, or compact disc. Axxen went and solved this conundrum with the Playdisc, an album with a built-in MP3 player, and luckily for them, the patent has finally been finalized in Korea.

To recap, the Axxen Playdisc is a complete all-in-one unit that comes loaded with a full album of music and an integrated player. All you need to provide is a single AAA battery and you’ll be bobbing your head in no time. The patent will protect Axxen from copycats for the next 20 years.
