Going Hands-On with the HP iPAQ 510 Voice Messenger

The iPAQ 500 Series Voice Messenger was just unveiled earlier this week, and while it does not come with a QWERTY keyboard, you can reply to your emails by simply using your voice. Promotional stills are one thing, but nothing quite beats getting a hands-on video with a brand new toy, and that’s exactly what we’re doing today with the iPAQ 510 from HP. This was, of course, taken at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona.

In case you missed it the first time around, the HP iPAQ 510 Voice Messenger comes powered by 200MHz OMAP850 processor, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, Bluetooth, microSD expansion, EDGE, and 802.11b/g WiFi. The display is a not-huge-but-probably-adequate 220 x 176 TFT number. The not-hugeness also applies to the handset overall, which is fairly compact considering what it is capable of.
