Apple announces Bluetooth headset, stereo headphones for iPhone

Yes, more Apple goodness for all the Mac-loving fanboys in the audience. You won’t be able to get your hands on that fantastic-looking iPhone until June, but they’ve already got a few accessories ready for launch. What good is an iPhone without a good set of Apple-branded earbuds, right? Steve Jobs knows, and that’s why he’s not only got a mono Bluetooth headset for you, but also some stereo headphones with a built-in mic.

Interestingly, while the wired headset is the usual white that we’ve come to know and love, the Apple Bluetooth headset — a slim bar-shaped device — is a boring matte black. It does have that beautiful Apple simplicity, though, with just one button to be found. To answer calls on the wired stereo earbuds, just squeeze the little bumpy thing in the middle of the cord.

No word on pricing.
