EWOO iPod remote with LCD

For my money, the one thing that an iPod docking station remote should have is its own viewscreen. Why have a remote if you have to stand right next to the iPod in order to see the interface? Sort of defeats the purpose, doesn’t it?

So the folks at Zicplay agree, and they’ve released the EWOO just for me. OK, so you can have one, too. It’s making the rounds at CES, where you can see that it has its own docking station as well, which powers that built-in LCD. It plays nice with video as well—S-Video, actually.

The EWOO will be available in February, with a price tag of US$129. By then, we might be able to tell you what the name means.
