Memorex Ultra TravelDrives with interchangeable faceplates

Portable storage can be pretty boring, but Memorex wants to jazz up the sector just a touch with their all new Ultra TravelDrive portable hard drives. Adding a little color to your life, these mobile drives accept “interchangeable, nature-inspired color faceplates.”

Underneath the somewhat fashionable exterior is a 2.5-inch hard drive, whereas the outside comes with a rubberized grip to minimize accidental drops and tumbles. Each hard drive comes with a pair of faceplates and there are three sets in all to select from:

- Sagebrush Green and Desert Orange (metallic)
- Ocean Blue and Fire Red (metallic)
- Steel Metallic and Arctic White Glossy

They expect to ship these drives this quarter, offering them in 80GB ($130), 120GB ($150), and 160GB ($200) versions.
