That emblem may elicit feelings of class and prestige, but DaimlerChrysler’s German arm isn’t without its troubles. Mercedes-Benz has just announced that they are recalling 130,000 vehicles, citing an issue with the windshield wiper motor. They aren’t being all that specific, but there is something distinctly “defective” about them, which could cause quite a problem if you find yourself out and driving during a dark and stormy night.
If you’re on this side of the Atlantic, you apparently don’t have too much to worry about because the only cars affected are those that were destined for German market. More specifically, the issue is with their entry-level vehicles, comprised of the A-Class, B-Class, and C-Class wagons.
