There’s no need to scribble down important numbers on a scrap piece of paper anymore, because YellowPages.com has just launched their PC-to-mobile feature. When you log into YellowPages.com with your desktop computer, you will now find an option that will send search results to your cell phone via SMS text message. This way, when you’re out and about, you have the complete results in the palm of your hand.

They’re saying that this is “just in time for New Year’s Eve”, particularly taxi numbers so you can get a safe ride home after partying all night. They have also created a version of the site optimized for mobile browsers, so if you need to look up a number on your cell phone, you can do that too.
