If you’ve been itching to get some SureType-powered, trackball-navigating action on with a squishy orange goop of a mascot, your time has come. Cingular has officially launched the BlackBerry Pearl in all its slick and compact glory.

To refresh, it boasts a 1.3 megapixel camera, push email (of course), Office viewer, PIM organizer, Push to Talk, and a large adjustable light sensing screen, all in a “small stylish phone.” Tie yourself down for two years and grab the Pearl for $200, or avoid a contract altogether and pay double that.
