Newman is a MoMo?

Not to be confused with the disgruntled postal worker in Seinfeld, Newman of China has a super skinny media player on the way, and it is known only as MoMo (not to be confused with car accessories maker of the same name… are you picking up on a trend here?).

It’s pretty skinny at 0.39 inches (the iPod nano 2G is 0.26-inches), and it’ll even do a variety of videos on its 320 x 240 display. There’s a bevy of support music, movie, and picture formats, including AVI, ASF, MPEG, VOB, DAT, MTV, and so forth.

The design isn’t particularly exciting, but I’d expect the price to be. Unfortunately, no one has unearthed that information yet.
