Didn’t you know? HTC may be one of the biggest dogs in the WinMo smartphone yard, but E-TEN is that scrappy little sucker who just won’t give up the good fight. The Taiwanese electronics maker has a whole new addition to their recently announced glofish line. Dubbed the M700, this Pocket PC is very much like the X500 as far as features are concerned, with one notable difference: the M700 rocks a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
Unfortunately, there’s no 3G to be enjoyed, but if you happen to find yourself in a WiFi hotspot, you can get your high-speed data fix that way. Other key specs include WinMo 5, GPS, Bluetooth, Push email, quad-band GSM, FM radio, and a camera.
No word on pricing, but the E-TEN M700 will be ready for Christmas.
