For the longest while, this smartphone was little more than vaporware. We could barely get our hands on even a concept sketch or computer rendering. Well, the BenQ-Siemens P51 is very much real and they’re getting ready to sell it to the general public for just $825.
Oh, and when I said “general public”, I really meant “the people of China”, because that’s apparently the only place where you’ll be able to find this QWERTY’d-out handset. If you recall, the compact design is mated with a 240 x 320 touchscreen display, 1.3 megapixel camera, integrated GPS, 802.11b/g, VoIP, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, MMC expansion, and 128MB each of RAM and Flash ROM.
