If you’re looking for a little more flexibility in your life (or just in your iPod speaker docks), then you should check out the Trinity Diasonic. Available in either black or white — y’know, to match your favorite flavor of Apple media player — this dock lets you take the speakers off when you want to, providing two different looks for two different occasions.

Moreover, you can keep yourself plugged into the wall for power (juicing up your iPod along the way), or alternatively, you can stuff in a quad of AA batteries for taking your music on the go. Of course, you shouldn’t expect to fill a concert hall with those 3W speakers, but at least you’d look good doing it.

No word on price, but there’s a distinct possibility this is Japan-only.
