New Concept-X styled Lancer heading to Detroit

We’re not quite lucky enough to see the emergence of the almighty Evo X, but this has got to be the next best thing. Mitsubishi is set to debut the next-generation Lancer in Detroit at the 2007 North American International Auto Show. The styling is very much like the Concept-X we saw before, so there’s a distinct possibility that the Evo X will resemble the Rally Edition we came across a few months ago.

This new Lancer is certainly more “aggressive” and “dramatic” than the current rendition. In many ways, this is following in the footsteps of the new Eclipse.
