
Sure, you could use some textbooks to pop it up, along with any old USB keyboard, but it won’t give you the ergonamics and pure slickness that the Alto does. For $99 US the Alto adds a full-sized keyboard to let your fingers speed away, USB 2.0 hub, adjustable positions and a few one-touch hot keys. It even offers seamless integration with the Logitech VX Revolution cordless laser mouse for notebooks.
Look out for the Logitech Alto in January 2007, Europe will get it next month.
