
The Napster service will run you about $14.95 a month for unlimited music to your handset, if you would like to buy that same track for your PC, its another $0.99. Yahoo is starting their services from $11.99 a month. Both allow customers to sample and browse songs direct from their mobile handset.
XM Satellite Radio is also in on this, for $8.99 a month you can get access to 25 commerical-free music channels via XM Radio mobile.
Cingular offers five phones that feature the dedicated Cingular Music menu – the all new Cingular SYNC by Samsung, LG CU500, Sony Ericsson W810i, Sony Ericsson W300i and Cingular 3125.
The Cingular SYNC will be available starting November 6 for $49.99 with a two-year service contract and after a $100 mail-in rebate.
