A review has recently popped up on the HTC Herald, the thinner and slightly more powerful update to the HTC Wizard. The most notable changes include a 2 megapixel camera, microSD expansion, and improved battery life. The full review (which you can view below) is in Polish, so here’s a brief Coles Notes version:

The processor (TI 201MHz) is a slight improvement over the Wizard, but the 64MB of storage is terribly lacking (only 24.46MB available after hard reboot). 802.11g WiFi connectivity is improved, while you also get to enjoy GSM/GPRS, EDGE, and Bluetooth 2.0. The front panel is made of metal, it automatically switches to PDA mode when you slide out the keyboard, the vibration is stronger, and the display auto-dims.

On the downside, there’s no IR, the only headphone hookup is via miniUSB, there’s no flash for photos, and overall picture quality is sub-par.
