When Steve Jobs annnounced the second generation iPod Shuffle, he told us it was “impossibly small”. Now you can decide out for yourself, because the tiny music player has started shipping. If you’re one of those anxious people who placed a pre-order, you should be expecting the display-less DAP in your mailbox sometime around November 3rd. If you don’t have a pre-order, fret not, because the new iPod Shuffle should be hitting retail outlets soon too. As you recall, the clippy player boasts USB connectivity, 12 hours of battery life, and 1GB of memory.
