Landscapes are where it’s at, and the Samsung SCH-U710 dual-hinged clamshell clearly delivers on that front. Mobile messaging is incredibly easy too, thanks to the full QWERTY keyboard hidden within.

When you open it up like a regular flip phone, you’ll notice a bunch of extra keys, but the numpad is still quite clear. In this way, this phone pulls double duty, both as a conventional cell phone and a “bonafied messaging device.” Other key tidbits include EV-DO, Bluetooth A2DP, microSD expansion, a music player, and a customizable Verizon UI.
