KTFT EV-KD350 slider phone: A split-screen wonder

It’s not enough to look pretty these days if you want to get noticed in the crowded cell phone market. A glossy white exterior is nice and a sliding form factor is attractive, but you’ve got to do more. The EV-KD350 from KTFT doesn’t appear to be all that special with its DMB tuner, but the one function that you’ll certainly appreciate is its ability to split its screen, allowing you to SMS while you DMB at the same time. No need to miss any portion of your favorite show just because your idiot friend wants to ask you what he should eat for dinner.

Rounding out the features on this handset are GPS, a 1.3 megapixel camera, expandable memory, and an integrated media player. Alas, this is yet another Korea-only product. No DMB for us poor North Americans, let alone a split screen wonder like the KTFT EV-KD350.
