The Lexus LF-A concept car has been seen at a few auto shows in its days, but it seems the production version — likely dubbed the LF-H — is getting a little closer to showing up at dealerships. The high-powered supercoupe was last seen going for a test drive around the Nurburgring circuit in Germany, seeing just how well the 500+ hp V10 engine performs. After all, it’s based on Toyota’s F1 work, so it’s got to be rather peppy. Interestingly, they’ve mounted the engine in the front, though (presumably) the power will come from the rear wheels. They say that this setup offers “the ultimate weight balance.” Is this the sentimental successor to the legendary Supra? Please, Toyota, please make this a reality.
