Spotted: All-new BMW 7-series

Most people love their Bimmers. Who can deny the allure of that Bavarian worksmanship. Set for sale in late 2008, the higher-end BMW 7-Series features a “sleeker, more refined design” and we’ve got the first spy pic.

Engine choices for “Project F01″ will be some renewed petrol and diesel units, and there’s even word that the new 7 may be available with a hybrid powerplant. You’ll likely find a four-wheel air suspension, Active Streering, and xDrive four-wheel-drive. Moreover, a long-wheelbase 7-series is also in the works, dubbed the F02. This limo-like vehicle will set the luxury bar extra high, whereas the standard car will be more “sporty.”
