Buffalo’s thumb drive hides the USB connector

If you’re anything like me, you’re tired of losing the cap on your USB thumb drive. Buffalo’s new flash drive solves that problem, because its USB connector is retractable. Yup, the simple sliding mechanism hides away the unsightly USB plug when it’s not needed.

Naturally, this 23 x 68 x 9 mm unit is incredibly lightweight at just 10 grams, but they’ve managed to stuff up to 2 gigabytes of storage in there. No word on pricing or availability, but as you can tell from pic, it will come clad in a rather vibrant paintjob.
