An ambitious but essentially powerless Canadian politician wants to ban the use of cellphones and MP3 players for young drivers. The legislature of Ontario is being asked to consider a bill by Liberal backbencher Kevin Flynn. The chances of acceptance of the bill are low, but much better than a total ban of cellphones in vehicles for all drivers would be.
