Computer makers are doing everything they can to get attention, even trumpeting the shrinking environmental impact of their machines. Via has taken that to a whole new level. They will be having an event in London next week to unveil a line of carbon-free personal computers. They have reportedly worked with leading environmental experts and their own partners to reduce the impact on Mother Earth that comes from PC usage, manufacture, and disposal. Details are scarce at this point, but it will be interesting to watch.
