Drivers of big honkin’ SUVs can smile a little bigger, because it seems that the trend of falling gas prices is continuing. In fact, if you happen to be cruising through Missouri, you just might be able to spot prices as low as $1.80 per gallon. That’s a far cry from the concerns some people voiced of pump prices rising to over four bucks.

We saw prices in Iowa drop to $2.05 just a couple of weeks ago, and it seems that the prediction from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (of prices falling to around $2.25) could very well hold true nationwide (if not even lower).
