iPhone coming to Cingular in 2007?

No one has confirmed that the iPhone actually exists or is in development yet, but that doesn’t stop the rumors from flying around.

The latest report, according to Think Secret, is that the iPhone will launch in January as a Cingular exclusive. According to the report, Cingular will have an exclusive agreement in North America which would last until the middle of the year. Apple is reportedly also in negotiations with European carriers. Remember, though, that this should all be taken with a gigantic grain of salt, since Apple rumors are so rarely accurate.
