Fuji S5 Pro DSLR kicks it up a notch

Fuji has come out with an update to the S3 Pro DSLR, the S5 Pro.

This model is basically the S3 Pro, with the same solid functionality and a few more bells and whistles. Among that, is the Super CCD SR double-pixel technology, which uses an equal number of S-pixels and R-pixels to introduce better resolution.

What’s new is an 11-point AF focusing system, dual-format storage on CF memory cards, face-detection technology, a one-minute live preview, an expanded LCD, and a lithium-ion battery.

Availability is expected to begin in the spring, with pricing to be announced later.
