When J.R.R. Tolkien wrote about “the ring to rule them all”, never did I think that he was talking about a wedding band. But if you’ve ever forgotten an anniversary, you will know all about the overwhelming wrath that rains upon you, and I’m sure you don’t want to experience that again. That’s why there’s the “Remember Ring”, a ring that heats up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit to remind you of that special date.

Apparently, that is the optimal temperature for it to be uncomfortable without actually burning you. You set the date and for the twenty four hours prior, it will remind you on the hour, every hour for ten seconds. No need for battery charging either because it gets significant juice from your hand’s heat, converting it through the micro-thermo pile to usable electricity.

Ouch! Time to head to the florist.
