The Acer Aspire 3103 isn’t targeted at the high-end user, but with the price set at just 550 Euros, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better deal.

Powered by an AMD Sempron 3400 (1.8GHz 64 bit) processor, the Aspire 3103 comes with a 15.4-inch display, 512MB of RAM, a 60GB HDD, ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 graphics, and a CD/DVD burner.
