Granted, it doesn’t sport the latest in dual core technology, nor does it rock any kind of SLI graphics, but for the average internet browser, document editor, and casual game player, this will certainly suit you just fine. The Acer Aspire 3103 isn’t targeted at the high-end user, but with the price set at just 550 Euros, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better deal.

Powered by an AMD Sempron 3400 (1.8GHz 64 bit) processor, the Aspire 3103 comes with a 15.4-inch display, 512MB of RAM, a 60GB HDD, ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 graphics, and a CD/DVD burner.
