Shiro, a company from Singapore, has unveiled a new Skype DECT phone, the SK9151, which lets you use Skype without being tied to your computer.

It has 100 number memory and 20 number caller ID. A handsfree speaker phone, ranges of 300 meters outside and 50 meters inside, a 1.5 inch LCD screen, and everything else that you would expect in yet another Skype phone. It is in fact a Digital Cordless Dual Mode Phone which allows you to make normal local calls too while enjoying free overseas calls. The down side is that it must stay connected to your PC via USB for Skype use.
