The climate controlled spaces have concierge service so you can have your car washed or detailed, or you can have your vehicle delivered.

The condos, which will be available next year, will start at $140,000. At that price, obviously, people will be doing more than just parking the Honda overnight in the space. People will be going crazy with making the spaces fancy. There will be 179 spaces available in Fort Lauderdale and 224 more in North Miami.
