Just take a look at this road! It’s a wet dream for anyone who has ever even dreamed of driving a nice car. A really nice car. It is called the Jebel Hafeet Mountain Road, it’s in the United Arab Emirates, and Edmund’s has called it the greatest driving road in the world. Over 7.3 miles, the road has 60 curves, a 4000 foot climb, and perfectly smooth straights. It’s a good thing that it is only 7.3 miles long, because you’d be completely exhausted after driving it.

The road is about an hour and a half from Dubai, so you know that every car that drives on it will be expensive and with enough power to make the journey enjoyable. It cost $100 million to build, and ends at the palace of Sheik Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the ruler of the Emirates. I bet you the Sheik has a car or two that gets a workout on this road.

Range Rover and Porsche engineers recognize the brilliance of this road. They use it for hot weather testing.
