
The features are much the same as its 12.1-inch counterpart, including the AMD Turion X2 TL-60 (2GHz) processor, but the display is visibly larger (obviously) and boasts a higher resolution (WSXGA+; 1680 x 1050). You’ll find two gigs of RAM under the hood to go with the 160GB hard drive, Bluetooth 2.0 EDR, 802.11a/b/g, and Gigabit Ethernet.
If you love hi-res videos — and I know you do — then you’ll be glad to hear that the provided optical drive will not only take on the usual smattering of DVD formats (include +R DL), but it’ll blow you away with HD DVD as well. No word on pricing.
