Volkswagen goes pink with the Beetle Barbie

Looking to get in touch with your feminine side? Really like pink? Obsessed with Barbie? No matter which is true, Volkswagen has you covered. The company has unveiled the Volkswagen Beetle Barbie, which it appears it will be selling in very limited quantities in the Mexican market. The car is mind-numbingly pink (including the pink lug nuts on the tires), and has the Barbie logo in a few choice spots. Inside you will find even more pink highlights – from inserts in the leather seats, steering wheel, door panels, and floor mats, to anything else that that could be colored pink.

Only 13 of the cars will be made, and they will be offered through chosen dealers. The cost will be about $24,400. If you get one of your own you can change your name to Ken, drive around and make everyone jealous. If that sounds like fun then you had better hurry down to Mexico.
